2026 HOA Dues Notice: 1 December, 2025

The HOA Board approved a 5% increase in the dues for 2026, and the membership

approved the budget.  Please see wildwoodhills.org under the Documents menu for the approved budget.  

• The annual dues for 2026 are $230.

• Must be received on or before 28 February 2026
