HOA Dues Notice | 2026 HOA Dues Notice:
The HOA Board approved a 5% increase in the dues for 2026, and the membership
approved the budget. Please see the website for the approved budget.
The annual dues for 2026 are $230.
Must be received on or before 28 February 2026 |
Mailbox Refresh | Hey neighbors! A few of our mailboxes are looking a bit worn, so we are polling neighborhood to see if anyone’s interested in replacing them. The replacement model will be the same mailboxes that have been replaced at the front of the neighborhood. If we do it as a group, we might be able to get a better deal! Mysterious Visitor: A Fox with Mange in My Front Yard | Today I spotted a curious visitor in my front yard: a fox suffering from a severe case of mange. This encounter filled me with a mix of fascination and concern. Mange, a parasitic skin disease primarily caused by tiny mites, is often contagious among wildlife. |
