You may have recently received an email about a new community feature we've added to the Wildwood Hills Estates website. I'm excited to introduce our Community Forum, which you can now access from the new "Forum" (or "Groups") menu item at the top of our homepage.
Your Neighborhood Little Library is Now Open!
We're excited to announce that our community's Little Library is officially up and running at the corner of Canterberry and Scarlett Oak! If you haven't discovered this charming addition to our neighborhood yet, here's everything you need to know.
HOA Dues Notice
2026 HOA Dues Notice: The HOA Board approved a 5% increase in the dues for 2026, and the membership approved the budget.  Please see the website for the approved budget.   The annual dues for 2026 are $230. Must be received on or before 28 February 2026 
Mailbox Refresh
Hey neighbors! A few of our mailboxes are looking a bit worn, so we are polling neighborhood to see if anyone’s interested in replacing them. The replacement model will be the same mailboxes that have been replaced at the front of the neighborhood. If we do it as a group, we might be able to get a better deal! Bicycle Safety
This is a reminder about Bicycle saftey and making sure everyone wears a helmet when riding. We share the roads with cars, walkers and pets. Let's make sure we are all safe.
Mysterious Visitor: A Fox with Mange in My Front Yard
Today I spotted a curious visitor in my front yard: a fox suffering from a severe case of mange. This encounter filled me with a mix of fascination and concern. Mange, a parasitic skin disease primarily caused by tiny mites, is often contagious among wildlife.
